Everyone Pays Something Different

This form uses a single Product field and a Total field. The Total field is sent to PayPal via the PayPal Express action, which can be seen on the Emails & Actions tab.

Everyone Pays The Same Thing

If you want to collect the same amount from all users, you can enter a Fixed Amount in the PayPal Express action on the Emails & Actions tab.
